TechFlow News, April 21 — Binance announced that Steven McWhirter and Seth Levy, former employees of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), have joined the company. Steven McWhirter will serve as Binance's Director of Regulatory Policy, leading the global regulatory policy team to ensure Binance’s operations meet the highest regulatory standards. Seth Levy will take on the role of Director of Market Surveillance, overseeing the development and implementation of infrastructure and systems designed to address risks in global digital asset trading.
