TechFlow news — On April 13, Animoca Brands announced it has agreed to acquire a 70% stake in blockchain game developer Darewise. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Darewise was founded by Charbit, former game director at Ubisoft, and Samuel Kahn, former technical lead at Crytek. The company is currently developing a blockchain-based massively multiplayer online game called Life Beyond.
