TechFlow News — Flow announces CAST, a decentralized governance tool for on-chain public voting proposals developed by the Dapper Collective team. Built upon Snapshot with improvements, CAST is currently in Alpha testing phase.
The first public vote will begin at 12 PM Pacific Time on April 8th, proposing the implementation plan for "Flow Dynamic Transaction Fees." Users can participate in community voting using their FLOW balance, staked FLOW, or locked FLOW via Blocto/Ledger wallets, jointly contributing to the governance of the Flow ecosystem.
All data related to communities, proposals, and votes on CAST is stored on IPFS. The tool will later be permissionlessly opened for use across the Flow ecosystem.
