TechFlow news, cryptocurrency exchange Gemini has obtained an electronic money (e-money) issuance license in Ireland, enabling it to offer a broader range of cryptocurrency and NFT services in the country. According to The Irish Times, Gemini is the first fintech company authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland to issue e-money since the end of 2020. The exchange initially applied for the license locally in early 2020.
