TechFlow News — On January 31, FTX Trading Ltd. announced a $400 million Series C funding round at a valuation of $32 billion. Participants in this round include SoftBank, Paradigm, Tiger Global, and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. This fundraising comes less than four months after FTX's previous round, when in October 2021 it raised over $420 million in a Series B-1 round from 69 investors, including BlackRock, Tiger Global, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Temasek Holdings, Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, IVP, and ICONIQ Growth, valuing the company at $25 billion at the time.
