TechFlow News — Investment platform Republic has announced a $150 million Series B funding round led by Valor Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors including CoinFund, Galaxy Interactive, HOF Capital, Motley Fool Ventures, and Tribe Capital, as well as new investors such as executives from Pillar VC, Brevan Howard, Atreides, and GoldenTree Asset Management. The new capital will support global expansion, development of new investment products, and other business growth initiatives. Republic previously raised a $36 million Series A round in March, and last week its crypto division, Republic Crypto, launched a $60 million seed fund.
