TechFlow reported that on August 5 at 20:33:42 Beijing time, Ethereum successfully completed the London upgrade, which occurred at block height 12,965,000.
The upgrade implemented several EIPs: EIP-1559 (transaction fee market reform), EIP-3198 (Base Fee opcode), EIP-3529 (reducing gas refund), EIP-3541 (rejecting new contract creations starting with the 0xEF byte, serving Ethereum Object Format), and EIP-3554 (delaying the difficulty bomb to December this year).
