TechFlow news: Celer Network, an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, has launched version 1.0 of its cross-chain bridge cBridge on mainnet using atomic swap technology. Users can now utilize cBridge for fast and low-cost cross-chain and cross-layer transfers between Ethereum, Arbitrum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon. In the near future, cBridge will gradually support additional Layer 2 and Layer 1 blockchains for cross-chain and cross-layer transfers. Additionally, anyone will be able to run a cBridge node to join the cBridge network, provide cross-chain and cross-layer liquidity, and earn corresponding transaction fee revenues.
Meanwhile, as a core infrastructure component of Celer's multi-chain and multi-layer blockchain scaling ecosystem, cBridge helps re-aggregate fragmented liquidity, significantly enhancing Celer's interoperability and composability.
