TechFlow News – According to official announcements, on March 15, 2021, Velo Labs, the founding team of the digital credit protocol Velo Protocol, and payment technology company Interstellar jointly announced that the Interstellar team is merging with Velo Labs, headquartered in Southeast Asia.
The strategic collaboration between Velo Labs and Interstellar began in January 2020, aiming to completely transform international payments. This latest move further strengthens their relationship by combining the comprehensive strengths and ecosystems of both organizations—Interstellar’s knowledge and expertise in the Stellar blockchain, along with Velo’s established partnerships across Southeast Asia—to help build a global settlement network enabling faster, cheaper transactions and more transparent cross-border payments.
