TechFlow News — Findora co-founder Benedikt Bünz tweeted that he is no longer affiliated with the financial privacy blockchain Findora and does not endorse any ICO related to it. Previously, Benedikt Bünz served as co-founder and chief scientist of Findora. Earlier reports indicated, according to court documents, that Temujin Labs Inc., the entity behind the financial privacy blockchain Findora, filed a lawsuit on November 6 with the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, California, against Ariel Abittan, former advisor Benjamin Fisch, and former CEO Charles Lu. The complaint alleges that the defendants, dissatisfied with their ability to share in Temujin's financial and operational success, conspired to obstruct the company’s development and prepared to launch a competing venture. Temujin stated it is entitled to injunctive relief to rectify these wrongs, as well as monetary and punitive damages.
