TechFlow news, on November 5, police in Suqian, Jiangsu Province disclosed that they have recently succeeded in dismantling the cryptocurrency fraud platform "Digital Business China." The platform claimed that the state, in order to vigorously develop digital currency, had specially built this platform, and users only needed to download the Digital Business China app, spend 138 yuan to purchase a security token, pass an exam, and could then withdraw 75,000 yuan.
According to investigation, the amount involved in the case reached as high as 2.2 million RMB and the platform has now been blocked. Through extensive investigative work, police successively traveled to Xingtai, Beijing, Yancheng, Linyi, Suzhou, Yangzhou and other places, arresting multiple suspects. Seven ringleaders including Ma and Liu were successively apprehended, and part of the illicit funds have now been successfully recovered.
