TechFlow news — Digital RMB red packets can be used without minimum spending requirements at 3,389 merchants within Luohu District from 6:00 PM, October 12 to 11:59 PM, October 18. Any unused red packets after the validity period will be reclaimed. The full list of participating merchants is available on the "i-Shenzhen" reservation platform.
Earlier news — On October 11, the official Shenzhen Luohu District digital RMB red packet lottery results were announced. A total of 1.9138 million individuals in Shenzhen registered for the "Enjoy Luohu Digital RMB Red Packet" event, among whom 50,000 lucky winners were drawn to receive a 200 RMB red packet issued by the government.
