TechFlow News, September 27 — Filecoin released a blog post updating the project's latest progress.
According to the announcement, Filecoin is adopting a phased approach to launch its mainnet, gradually integrating different groups and communities into the network over a series of stages leading up to the mainnet launch. The Filecoin mainnet will officially go live at epoch 148888, which the team expects to reach around October 15. Following this, there will be a period dedicated to monitoring and resolving issues to ensure the network operates as intended after the transition. The team stated that several days later, they will hold the Filecoin Mainnet Launch Event—a week-long celebration from October 19 to October 23.
