TechFlow news, July 4, according to Bloomberg, AI data center company Crusoe is negotiating a new round of financing, planning to raise approximately $3 billion. Sources said that after the completion of this round, the company's valuation may rise to approximately $30 billion, a significant increase compared to its valuation of approximately $10 billion in October 2025.
Crusoe mainly builds and operates large data centers supporting artificial intelligence systems, and has currently signed AI compute supply contracts with companies such as Meta and Oracle. Financing negotiations are still ongoing, and the final valuation has not yet been determined.
