TechFlow reports, July 1, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) announced that effective June 30, 2026, the Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAN) registration of AUTOMATA France SAS (operating Vancelian.com) will be cancelled. The regulator pointed out that the company conducted crowdfunding business without obtaining necessary authorization, reflecting that its management and significant shareholders failed to meet integrity and competence requirements.
According to the decision, the company must terminate relevant business in an orderly manner, may only carry out operations necessary for liquidation, and should return control of digital assets to customers as soon as possible. The regulator stated that it will continue to follow up on its business exit process to protect investor interests.
