TechFlow News, June 19: Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, posted on X stating that this week marks a significant milestone for Coinbase, with the launch of multiple products powered by “thousands of AI agents” working collaboratively. Coinbase is evolving into an “all-in-one exchange” and has already expanded its offerings to include pre-IPO perpetual contracts and stock options. The company will aggressively advance its “AI Financial Account,” enabling users to assign wallets to AI agents, receive AI-driven financial advice, and connect their Coinbase accounts to leading large language models—further integrating AI with the crypto finance ecosystem.
Meanwhile, Brian Armstrong announced a comprehensive redesign of Coinbase Advanced, unifying global liquidity across U.S. and international users as well as between Coinbase and Deribit. On the developer front, the Coinbase Developer Platform will equip enterprises with stablecoin payment capabilities and a compliant custody account infrastructure, while launching a new developer tools dashboard to enhance onchain payment efficiency and application integration. Regarding the Base ecosystem, Base has introduced private transaction functionality and released the Base Web app version.
