TechFlow news: On May 28, according to Yicai, Futu and Longbridge recently began cleaning up accounts that used forged documentation for registration, as well as empty accounts with no assets or positions—both types of accounts are being closed. Meanwhile, the Futu Niuniu app has added a quick-access entry titled “Update Identity Information” under the “Account” tab, accompanied by a notice titled “Notice Regarding Identity Information Updates,” informing customers that if they hold valid overseas identity documents, their account trading, fund deposits and withdrawals, and other services and features will remain fully unaffected after updating their information.
