TechFlow News, May 20: According to a TechCrunch report, Trump Mobile has been exposed for a user data breach involving customers’ email addresses and mailing addresses, among other personal information. The compromised data remains publicly accessible online. Community users reported receiving alerts from security researchers after ordering the Trump Golden T1 smartphone, discovering their personal information had already appeared in the leaked dataset. The leak encompasses nearly all basic identity information—except credit card numbers—and warns users against placing orders on the platform.
Analysis suggests this incident has further intensified external skepticism regarding Trump Mobile’s product delivery capabilities and fundamental security practices. As of now, Trump Mobile has not issued any official statement or remediation notice, and the issue remains unresolved.
