TechFlow News, May 18: Hangzhou DeepRobotics Technology Co., Ltd. released its prospectus. According to the document, the company’s embodied AI robot project generated revenue of RMB 322.3773 million in 2025; its product components project generated revenue of RMB 11.9501 million; and its supporting services generated revenue of RMB 2.573 million.
Pursuant to resolutions adopted at the company’s first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026 and the ninth meeting of its first Board of Directors, the proceeds from this issuance amount to RMB 250.2511 million. After deducting issuance expenses, these funds will be invested in the following projects: embodied algorithm and model R&D; robot body and solution R&D; industrialization of embodied AI robots; and construction of an embodied AI robot base.
