TechFlow News: According to CoinGlass data on May 16, the total liquidation amount across cryptocurrency markets over the past 24 hours reached $468 million, including $441 million in long positions and $27.4631 million in short positions. Bitcoin (BTC) liquidations totaled $168 million ($162 million in longs and $5.9041 million in shorts), Ethereum (ETH) liquidations amounted to $138 million ($132 million in longs and $5.6518 million in shorts), and Solana (SOL) liquidations stood at $26.0429 million ($25.4153 million in longs and $627,600 in shorts).
A total of 101,141 traders were liquidated over the past 24 hours. The largest single liquidation occurred on Bitget’s BTCUSDT_UMCBL trading pair, valued at $21.5908 million.
