TechFlow reports that, according to a Reuters report on May 15, two newly released financial disclosure filings published Thursday by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics revealed that Donald Trump submitted an ethics disclosure filing reporting thousands of transactions related to securities of U.S. companies, with an estimated total value ranging from $220 million to $750 million. These transactions involved Microsoft, Meta Platforms, Oracle, Broadcom, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and municipal bond trades. Individual transaction amounts ranged from $1 million to $25 million and covered securities such as S&P 500 index funds, Nvidia, and Apple. The filings indicate that some transactions were executed through brokers, but do not specify the accounts used or the types of assets involved. His annual financial disclosure filing is expected to be released in the coming months.
