TechFlow reports that on May 9, cryptocurrency journalist Eleanor Terrett reported the U.S. Senate Banking Committee will hold a hearing on H.R.3633, the “Digital Asset Markets Structure Act of 2025,” at 10:30 a.m. ET on May 14. Committee members will vote on the bill’s text and related amendments during the hearing. If the bill passes, the Banking Committee’s version will be merged with the portion overseen by the Senate Agriculture Committee to form the final version, which will then be submitted for a full Senate vote.
