TechFlow News, May 8: During the 2026 Mobile Cloud Conference, China Mobile announced the establishment of the “Token Application Ecosystem Alliance” in collaboration with eight partners—including Alibaba Cloud, VolcEngine, Huawei Cloud—and signed cooperation agreements with institutions including Hebei Provincial Digital Government Administration, China Academy of Building Research, 360 Group, Lenovo Baiying, and iFLYTEK. Leveraging the MoMA model aggregation platform, the alliance establishes a unified service entry point for domestic AI models. Additionally, China Mobile and VolcEngine jointly launched the “Mobile Engine Confidential Model Service,” delivering high-performance confidential inference capabilities based on end-to-end confidential computing technology and the Seedance2.0 large model.
