TechFlow reports that, according to Bloomberg, on April 30, Anthropic is considering a new funding round with a potential valuation exceeding $90 billion. If successfully completed, this round would surpass long-time rival OpenAI to make Anthropic the world’s most highly valued AI startup.
According to sources familiar with the matter, Anthropic is currently receiving offers from multiple investors—some of which would more than double its current valuation. However, these considerations remain at a very early stage, and the company has not accepted any offers yet.
