TechFlow News, April 24: As the U.S.-Israel war against Iran continues, internal disagreements within the Trump administration over how to proceed are evidently mounting. Andrea Dressi, Assistant Professor of International Relations and Global Politics at the University of Rome, stated: “We see America’s objectives constantly shifting, its strategy continually changing, and its goals repeatedly adjusted. Although the Trump administration attempts to ‘project strength’ via social media, in reality, divisions within the U.S. government are intensifying—growing deeper and broader—and multiple senior officials at the Pentagon and the Department of Defense have been dismissed. All these developments reinforce the analysis that the U.S. and Israel launched this war based on ‘a serious miscalculation—or a lack of strategic thinking—regarding the potential consequences of this conflict.’ Consequently, we now find ourselves in this deadlock; in a sense, Trump is seeking an exit strategy.” (Jinshi)
