TechFlow reports that on April 8, according to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), a multi-signature wallet is continuously purchasing $SKY via CoW Swap’s time-weighted average price (TWAP) function at a rate of 1,252 USDC per hour, with a total planned allocation of 5 million USDC. So far, approximately half of the plan has been executed, with a cumulative expenditure of 2.431 million USDC to acquire 35.77 million SKY tokens, at an average price of approximately $0.068 per token.
