TechFlow News: On April 1, Cryptopolitan reported that Magic Eden announced its native wallet will enter “export-only” mode starting April 1, 2026—users will then only be able to export their private keys or seed phrases and will no longer be able to initiate new transactions. The wallet will be fully shut down on May 1, after which private keys will no longer be recoverable. The wallet app will be removed from all app stores and will no longer be downloadable or restorable. Previously, on March 27, Magic Eden discontinued its Bitcoin API and ceased support for Ethereum and Bitcoin wallets; users must withdraw their funds before the deadline.
