TechFlow News, March 26: According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, a senior Iranian military official stated that, in addition to over one million already-organized ground combat personnel, a large number of Iranian youth have recently submitted applications to join the Basij militia, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and the regular armed forces. He added: “Does the U.S. want to forcibly open the Strait through ‘suicidal’ actions? Fine. We are fully prepared—both to let them carry out their suicidal strategy and to keep the Strait closed.” (Jinshi)
