TechFlow News, March 23: According to a Cointelegraph report, Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, stated that Bitcoin’s (BTC) current bear market can be explained by the four-year cycle theory, with long-term holders’ concentrated selling near the psychological $100,000 price level serving as a key catalyst. He forecasts that BTC’s price will resume its upward trajectory in Q4 2026, initiating a new bull market cycle.
Scaramucci noted that institutional investor participation and sustained inflows into Bitcoin spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have somewhat dampened BTC’s traditional four-year cycle—but have not entirely eliminated it.
