TechFlow News, March 22: According to JINSHI Data, an Iranian source stated that Tehran is advancing the “monetization of control over the Strait of Hormuz,” whereby Tehran dictates who may pass through the strait and under what conditions. “We will continue to suppress Israel and establish a new legal regime in the Strait of Hormuz,” the source said—apparently referencing reports indicating that each oil tanker passing through the strait would be required to pay approximately $2 million. The source added that Trump should “accept Iran’s terms for ending the war”; otherwise, he risks political suicide.
