TechFlow News: On March 14, Isabel, Co-Founder and General Manager of POAP, announced that POAP will officially enter maintenance mode starting March 16, 2026. As of that date, new issuers will no longer have access to the issuance interface, and the platform will cease active development. Isabel clarified that existing issuers, already-created POAP collections, collector interfaces, and API integrations remain unaffected and will continue operating normally. She explained that, due to constrained growth of the current platform, the team has decided to reallocate resources toward building a new, open digital collectibles standard supporting a permissionless model.
