TechFlow News, March 14: According to DL News, cryptocurrency lobbying groups have spent over $271 million on the 2026 U.S. midterm elections, primarily on advertising—and this expenditure is expected to grow further.
The super PAC FairShake is one of the main funding sources, with major donors including Coinbase, Ripple, Uniswap Labs, and venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. Of the funds already deployed, approximately 40% went to Republican candidates, 3% to Democratic candidates, and the remainder to nonpartisan candidates.
