TechFlow News: On March 10, Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City released the “Several Measures to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC-STC (Draft for Public Comment),” comprising ten initiatives. These include free deployment of OpenClaw agents; token consumption subsidies (up to RMB 100,000 per year); computing power voucher subsidies (up to RMB 20 million); open-source ecosystem development subsidies (up to RMB 500,000); dataset procurement grants (up to RMB 2 million); demonstration-scenario awards (up to RMB 1 million); free office and residential space; talent living and rental subsidies; project funding (up to RMB 4.5 million); and the establishment of a dedicated fund of RMB 50 million—aiming to build a leading hub for AI innovation and development.
