TechFlow News, March 9: According to CoinDesk, Nigel Farage, leader of the UK Reform Party, invested £215,000 (approximately $286,000) through his company Thorn In The Side Ltd. into Stack BTC (STAK), a UK-listed Bitcoin financial services firm. Following the issuance of new shares, Farage’s stake will amount to approximately 6.31%.
This funding round raised a total of £260,000 by issuing 5.2 million new shares at 5 pence per share. Blockchain.com also participated in the round. The new shares are expected to begin trading on the Aquis Growth Market on March 12.
