The report credits her with bringing institutional investors into the crypto space through her firm’s ETF products, making her a pivotal force in driving Bitcoin’s adoption within mainstream financial markets. U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis placed second, recognized for championing the BITCOIN Act and the Lummis-Gillibrand Responsible Financial Innovation Act to advance crypto policy at the congressional level. Yi He, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Binance, ranked third, widely regarded as the key architect behind Binance’s rise to become the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange.
