The token is promoted and operated by Excellence Homeopathy (Hong Kong) and is suspected of being offered to the public through seminars held in Hong Kong, with claims of delivering returns to investors.
The SFC emphasized that this product has not been authorized by regulatory authorities for offering to the Hong Kong public, and its disclosure documents have not been reviewed by the SFC. Regulators urge investors to exercise extreme caution, as investing in such unauthorized products may result in significant or even total loss of capital.
