TechFlow News: On February 20, according to JINSHI Data, the White House announced on February 19 local time that the Trump administration has formally concluded a reciprocal trade agreement with Indonesia, aimed at expanding market access for U.S. goods across manufacturing, agriculture, and the digital economy. U.S. President Donald Trump and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto signed documents on the same day, affirming both sides’ commitment to implementing the related arrangements. According to information disclosed by the White House, Indonesia will eliminate tariff barriers on over 99% of U.S. exports. The two sides also confirmed commercial cooperation agreements totaling approximately $33 billion, including roughly $15 billion in U.S. energy purchases, approximately $13.5 billion in aviation and related product purchases, and over $4.5 billion in U.S. agricultural product purchases. Under the agreement, the U.S. will maintain a reciprocal tariff rate of 19% on Indonesian goods, though zero tariffs will apply to certain specified products.
