TechFlow News: On February 18, according to Tech Startups, NVIDIA announced on Wednesday its collaboration with several leading Indian venture capital firms—including Peak XV Partners, Z47, Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Accel India—to identify and fund AI startups across all stages in India. To date, over 4,000 Indian AI startups have joined NVIDIA’s Inception program, which provides early-stage companies with technical guidance, development tools, and GPU resources.
This partnership was announced during a major AI summit held in India. Against a broader backdrop, the Indian government is actively advancing its “IndiaAI Mission,” having approved approximately $18 billion in semiconductor project investments and expecting up to $200 billion in data center investments over the coming years.
The Adani Group has announced a $100-billion investment to build AI data centers, while Amazon, Microsoft, and Google have collectively pledged over $50 billion. NVIDIA is also partnering with domestic cloud service providers—including Yotta, Larsen & Toubro, and E2E Networks—to deploy AI chip clusters and promote its Nemotron series of AI models, which support training in local languages.
