TechFlow News, February 17: According to Bloomberg, cryptocurrency exchange Gemini Space Station Inc. announced on Tuesday that its Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Legal Officer would depart the company immediately.
According to documents submitted by Gemini to the Bloomberg Terminal, executives Marshall Beard, Dan Chen, and Tyler Meade are leaving the company effective immediately. Notably, Marshall Beard—who also served as a member of Gemini’s board of directors—has resigned from his board position. The company stated that his departure is not due to any disagreement with the company.
