TechFlow News: On February 13, Anthropic announced the completion of its $30 billion Series G funding round, led by GIC and Coatue, with co-leads from D. E. Shaw Ventures, Dragoneer, Founders Fund, ICONIQ, and MGX. Other major participating investors include Accel, Addition, Alpha Wave Global, Altimeter, AMP PBC, Appaloosa LP, Baillie Gifford, Bessemer Venture Partners, funds managed by BlackRock, Blackstone, D1 Capital Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, General Catalyst, Greenoaks, Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Growth Equity division, Insight Partners, Jane Street, JPMorgan Chase, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Menlo Ventures, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, NX1 Capital, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Sands Capital, Sequoia Capital, Temasek, TowerBrook, TPG, Whale Rock Capital, and XN. This round also includes previously announced investments from Microsoft and NVIDIA.
The company’s valuation stands at $380 billion, with annualized revenue reaching $14 billion—up tenfold year-over-year. Eight of the Fortune 10 companies are now Anthropic customers. Its flagship product, Claude Code, generates over $2.5 billion in annualized revenue, and its user base has doubled since early 2026.
