TechFlow reports that on February 11, SBF posted on X stating that new evidence indicates the Biden administration’s Department of Justice threatened multiple witnesses to remain silent or alter their testimony, and therefore his conviction should be vacated. SBF also requested that Judge Lewis Kaplan recuse himself from the related motion, arguing that the judge has demonstrated prejudgment against defendants including SBF himself, former FTX executive Ryan Salame, and President Trump—and has imposed obstacles preventing fair adjudication.
