TechFlow News: According to a recent report by the crypto analytics platform Santiment, stablecoin market capitalization has decreased by $2.24 billion over the past 10 days, indicating that investors are withdrawing capital from the crypto ecosystem and shifting toward traditional safe-haven assets. Since the significant crypto market correction on October 10, 2025, Bitcoin has fallen from $121,500 to $88,080, while gold has broken above the $5,000 threshold and silver’s market capitalization has doubled during the same period. Stablecoin issuer Tether purchased $4.4 billion worth of gold in Q4 2025, further driving up precious metal prices. Analysts note that a genuine recovery of the crypto market may hinge on stabilization and subsequent growth in stablecoin market capitalization—signaling renewed inflows of new capital into the ecosystem.
