TechFlow News: On January 22, Ultiland officially announced a cooperation agreement with Deyuxuan, a renowned ancient artifact collection institution. Approximately HK$220 million worth of premium ancient porcelain assets under Deyuxuan’s ownership will be progressively tokenized and issued on the Ultiland platform, opening subscription and trading to global users.
The assets signed in this agreement constitute a core segment of Deyuxuan’s long-term, focused collection—featuring multiple rare porcelain pieces possessing significant art-historical value and well-documented provenance. These exceptional artifacts have drawn considerable attention in the traditional art market due to their extreme scarcity, outstanding preservation condition, and archetypal aesthetic styles. Their historical significance, cultural resonance, and market stability align closely with Ultiland’s ongoing development of a culture-focused Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization and global circulation framework.
Ultiland stated that this collaboration serves not only as a critical validation of the platform’s risk-control and asset valuation systems but also signals a growing trend among high-net-worth art institutions: treating top-tier cultural assets’ on-chain tokenization as a long-term strategic priority. Following completion of valuation, audit, and custody procedures, the relevant porcelain assets will be launched and issued as ARTokens. The issuance process will strictly adhere to Ultiland’s established mechanisms—including on-chain asset registration, transparent valuation, public audit disclosure, and the “Muse Singularity” asset settlement structure.
Currently, multiple cultural assets are at various operational stages on the Ultiland platform, including KING and the Warrior Vase (WARR), both of which are in the presale phase. The continuous integration and operation of multiple assets under a unified set of rules demonstrate that the culture-focused RWA issuance system is transitioning from single-asset validation to a replicable, scalable asset pipeline stage.
As ARToken assets continue to be issued and traded, genuine usage demand and transaction activity generated at the platform layer will, per predefined rules, flow back to and accumulate within the platform’s sovereign asset ARTX—clearly establishing ARTX’s role as the structural outcome recipient within the platform’s long-term operational architecture.
