TechFlow reported on January 20 that according to CoinGlass data, the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours reached $575 million, including $521 million in long positions and $53.83 million in short positions.
BTC liquidations amounted to $174 million (longs) and $5.91 million (shorts), while ETH saw $229 million (longs) and $11.97 million (shorts) in liquidations. The largest single liquidation over the past 24 hours occurred on Hyperliquid's ETH-USD trading pair, valued at $6.81 million.
