TechFlow reports, on January 16, according to GLOBE NEWSWIRE, TON Treasury Company AlphaTON Capital Corp (Nasdaq: ATON) has completed a $15 million registered direct offering. The offering consisted of 15 million shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants) issued at a price of $1.00 per share.
H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the sole placement agent for the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for expanding Cocoon AI's GPU deployment, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
