TechFlow news, on January 6, according to Decrypt, rapper Drake and streamer Adin Ross have become defendants in a new RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) class-action lawsuit in Virginia for promoting the cryptocurrency casino website Stake. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants used the website's tipping feature to conceal fund transfers related to music streaming data manipulation.
The class-action lawsuit was filed on December 31, 2025, and also names Australian national George Nguyen as a defendant, accusing him of assisting in data manipulation activities. The lawsuit represents users of Stake.us, seeking no less than $5 million in damages and demanding a jury trial.
The plaintiffs claim that Stake.us operates under the guise of a "social casino" but is actually an illegal online casino that evades U.S. federal and Virginia gambling regulations.
