TechFlow, Dec 8 — Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas announced that BlackRock has filed a formal prospectus (Form S-1) with the U.S. SEC for the iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF, which will become its fourth crypto-related ETF product. Previously, BlackRock had applied for spot Bitcoin, spot Ethereum, and "Bitcoin yield" ETFs.
