TechFlow news, on December 2, according to Bloomberg, Song Chi-hyung and Kim Hyoung-nyon, founders of South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange Dunamu Inc., agreed last week to sell the company to Naver Corp.'s fintech division in an all-stock deal. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, in this $13.6 billion merger transaction, Song Chi-hyung will receive a 19% stake in the combined entity valued at $2.7 billion, while Kim Hyoung-nyon will receive a 10% stake valued at $1.4 billion, propelling both into the ranks of the world's wealthiest individuals.
