TechFlow, November 24 — EVM Layer 1 blockchain Pharos Network announced the official establishment of the Pharos Foundation, marking a key milestone toward its planned TGE and mainnet launch in early 2026. The foundation will adopt a structured, transparent, and governance-driven model to lay the groundwork for the ecosystem’s long-term development. Around the time of TGE, the Pharos Foundation will also provide the frameworks, documentation, and transparent processes necessary for sustainable token governance and ecosystem growth.
The foundation will operate across four core pillars: ecosystem support, technical development, governance and transparency, and education. With the foundation now established, Pharos will offer grants and programs for builders and developers, foster trusted collaborations with traditional finance and institutional participants, and implement structured governance, transparent reporting, and ecosystem management to ensure future-friendly, inclusive, and trustworthy growth.
Details regarding the management and use of the ecosystem fund will be disclosed in the foundation’s first transparency report following mainnet launch, covering disbursed grants, governance decisions, and fund deployment. Concurrently, the first version of the foundation charter will be released, outlining its mission, governance model, operational limits, and commitment to serving the public interest.
