TechFlow news, November 7 — According to CoinDesk, citing sources familiar with the matter, cryptocurrency hedge fund Lantern Ventures is returning capital to external investors and has stopped accepting new investments, potentially facing dissolution.
The company is reportedly seeking a buyer or considering a transition into a family office. At its peak, Lantern Ventures managed around $600 million in assets and was founded by former members of Sam Bankman-Fried's Alameda Research. Many employees at the hedge fund may now face job losses.
